One of my customers specifically asked where the vSphere Client session timeout value is configured in vCenter.
By default, vSphere Client sessions automatically log out after 120 minutes of inactivity, requiring users to log in again to continue their session.
You can use the following steps to update the timeout value:
Log In to the vSphere Client, navigate to Home --> Administration.
Under Deployment, select Client Configuration.
In the Client Configuration pane, click Edit.

The Edit client configuration dialog box appears.
Enter a new value in minutes in the session timeout text box.

Click Save.
Restart the VMware vSphere Client service from VAMI (5480) page.
